Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length lavender fur. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Skirt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A 2'11" northern woman, she dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her hair is cut close to her head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Portia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When Portia reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. Her hair is brown and curly. Her skin is flawless and her gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Tanner, but she was a colossal failure. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it
