Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dench grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Dench abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, marred by beers. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Torz was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Torz took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. He wears his black hair up. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rurik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy
