History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: Kipper was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has taken up work as a Bowyer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
