Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
