History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She became a Fletcher soon after.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her brass crest is braided into rings. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and money/treasure

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. She wears her silver hair up. Her gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A freak accident while working with her Body Guard mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and many drow want her driven away
