Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Fargas hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Norkruuth would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: An older woman who wears an entirely black suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes, she is not a threatening figure. Her red hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tailor. Recently the stress of being a Tailor has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and balancing her hectic life and new tailor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and seeks redemption
