History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She found a children's book about a Gnome Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears tattered old clothes. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the right. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
