History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

He accessorizes with a blue scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and regain custody of his son
