Personality: Bathin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bathin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bathin. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Hadwisa was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and regain custody of her son

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a sai on her belt, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adrie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. Her chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Shava hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
