History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A true patriot, Rûg would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
