Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Barkeep soon after.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cumpen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Cumpen lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
