History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Nala learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mayor. She became a Mayor soon after.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Torbera is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
