History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Navigator. She's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adelard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Pearl was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Pearl never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
