History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
