Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With bright blonde hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ownka grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
