Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears bulky white painted plate armor. His red hair is cut short. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His orange fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Windy was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Windy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This dark-skinned male dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a green coat with white slacks. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Soveliss was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Soveliss decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and seeks redemption

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears long strands of ruby and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tailor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
