History: Vonbin was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born in the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Elaim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
