Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Senteq would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
