Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Zepar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
