History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and to be a miner again
