Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. At some point she was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against orcs

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She very much looks the part of a Layabout. Her tied-back hair is golden. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Maiathah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She tends to wear a blue poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Chaedi is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She got into the Performer business at a young age. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She struck the Performer job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gerald isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult.
