He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A true patriot, Ribbles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
