Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Tim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He now owns his own business.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A 6'3" eastern woman, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
