Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his silver hair down. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Gardain enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gardain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A 2'8" northern woman, she is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thamior is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. His red hair is cut short. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job
