History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Ratlûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ratlûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Fistula lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Slave Trader they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and someone believes her a fraud
