History: Gargax was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gargax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Astar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
