Description: 5'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull blue iron scale mail. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She has brown fur. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Painter. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the west to a Painter, Cloak learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has never given up on her music dream.
