Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Leshanna grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Leshanna. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Shifting was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Thodris isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tattered old clothes. His rusty crest is smooth and relatively long. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Baradad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Sage, Baradad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and to be a guard again
