History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
