His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her black hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Merla is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merla. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants her loneliness to end

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She has wavy blonde hair. Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Keyleth grew up listening to her father's many stories. Keyleth abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends
