Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Howard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
