Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Pennie was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Pennie liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
