Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Oblar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
