Description: This woman tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on her right hand. Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second son.

His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Burto's homeland. Burto decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
