When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She struck the Ploughman job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Morana hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in rapier use. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
