Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a suit in poor condition. Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
