Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His eyes are red.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kerkad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This malnourished man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Nithther was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Chay was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chay fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
