History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heian grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This late middle aged man wears long strands of jet and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his flail, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ozyman took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
