His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she wants revenge against brigands

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, Baelitae would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born to a Tailor, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
