History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fabien grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Kansif was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a Butcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Anthony was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
