Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'0" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great joy in being the best Performer in town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has achieved small success as a Performer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'0". She dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and her gloved hand is found clutching a mace. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Salanop was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Expand her business.
