The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Oda reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Jaxi took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.
