History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Maiathah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
