Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born in the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Seven lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Flask was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
