Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This late middle aged man is dressed in earthy colors with a white and brown handkerchief worn on his right side and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Osco hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Through the years after Osco was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Osco's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern
