History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Mastema was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She worked as a nervous Body Guard and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Body Guard like her mother before her.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has worked as a Bricklayer like her mother before her.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and balancing her hectic life and new bricklayer responsibilities is difficult
