Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Quarethon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Quarethon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
