Description: She wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is pastel, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her crest is copper and very short. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Weaver and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: She wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. She has a very tight haircut. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Millicent is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She comes from a rich western family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is typically in her Tailor uniform. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her feathered blue hat.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Salanop took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Beggar again.

Description: She wears dull black sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and her religion dominates her actions
