History: Mella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He is typically in his Soapmaker uniform. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull tan iron scale mail. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Barber, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by his family
