Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His white eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: Standing 5'9", this man wears a black coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This man sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. Her hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Knight profession.

History: Cumpen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Cumpen abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
